Integrated English Program for Toddlers (IEP-Toddlers)

This is our 2nd to the last stop of our educational trip (Sept. 27, 2008).

Paradizzo Theme-Farm. Paradizoo is situated in Mendez, Cavite a town located few minutes away from Tagaytay. They breed and take care of different farm animals and nurture various trees, vegetables and flowers since the town has the appropriate climate for growth and productivity.

We experience farm life in the most enjoyable way!

We arrived there around 11:30am, just right time to prepare for the lunch time. Our tour guide assist us where are we going to have our lunch. But off course before preparing the food, we have our picture taking at the beautiful pond with the ducks and fishes.

About the weather that day it's a little bit raining. Because it's in the ber month already so, we expected that it will rain but for us not to spoile the trip. We require the parents to bring their umbrella.

FARM ANIMALS.

The kids enjoy all the animals in the farm, they even experience feeding the animals there, some of the animals also they touch it. Picture taking as always some are scared but im sure they enjoy it especially meeting different kids of animal. Animals that we saw in the Farm:

PONY- Generally any horse under 14.2 hands (58 inches/145cm) high at the withers. Various breeds and disciplines may differ in the height which they categorize ponies. Many Western disciplines may define a pony as under 14 HH and English ponies are under 14.2 HH.

KID

1. a young goat or, occasionally, antelope
2. its flesh, used as a food
3. leather made from the skin of young goats, used for gloves, shoes, etc.
4. gloves or shoes made of this leather

GREYHOUND DOG. The Greyhound is a breed of hunting dog that has been primarily bred for coursing game and racing, but with a recent resurgence of popularity increasingly as a pedigree show dog and family pet. It is a soft and intelligent breed that often becomes attached to its owners. It is the fastest breed of dog on the planet ^[1]. A combination of long, powerful legs, deep chest, flexible spine and slim build allows it to reach speeds of around 65 km/h (41 mph)

CAMEL

1. A humped, long-necked ruminant mammal of the genus Camelus, domesticated in Old World desert regions as a beast of burden and as a source of wool, milk, and meat.
2. A device used to raise sunken objects, consisting of a hollow structure that is submerged, attached tightly to the object, and pumped free of water. Also called caisson.

HORSE

a. A large hoofed mammal (Equus caballus) having a short-haired coat, a long mane, and a long tail, domesticated since ancient times and used for riding and for drawing or carrying loads.

b. An adult male horse; a stallion.

c. Any of various equine mammals, such as the wild Asian species E. przewalskii or certain extinct forms related ancestrally to the modern horse.

GOAT- Any of various hollow-horned, bearded ruminant mammals of the genus Capra, originally of mountainous areas of the Old World, especially any of the domesticated forms of C. hircus, raised for wool, milk, and meat.
COW

1. The mature female of cattle of the genus Bos.

2. The mature female of other large animals, such as whales, elephants, or moose.

3. A domesticated bovine of either sex or any age.

SHEEP

1. Any of various usually horned ruminant mammals of the genus Ovis in the family Bovidae, especially the domesticated species O. aries, raised in many breeds for wool, edible flesh, or skin.
2. Leather made from the skin of one of these animals.

CHICKEN

1. 1. The common domestic fowl (Gallus domesticus) or its young.
   2. Any of various similar or related birds.
   3. The flesh of the common domestic fowl.

WATER LILY. Any of various cosmopolitan aquatic herbs of the genus Nymphaea, having floating leaves and showy, variously colored flowers, especially N. odorata, with fragrant many-petaled white or pinkish flowers. Also called pond lily
FLOWERS.

1. 1. The reproductive structure of some seed-bearing plants, characteristically having either specialized male or female organs or both male and female organs, such as stamens and a pistil, enclosed in an outer envelope of petals and sepals.
   2. Such a structure having showy or colorful parts; a blossom.

MICKEY MOUSE FLOWERS. Relative of eggplant but it's a flower. using for decoration at the garden or flower arrangement.

PERPETUAL PARK (Pet Cementery).

The animal companions may be our closest friend. They share our homes, our lives and our love. It is reassuring to know that there is somebody who can handle the practical aspects of pet's death, and about how best to commemorate his or her life. They offer their services for your beloved animals past away.

A) Individual Cremation
Pet owners who choose individual cremation can have the remains of their pet returned as early as the same day. A certificate of cremation is issued with every individual cremation.
B) Communal Cremation
This option maintains a high level of dignity at a modest cost. The pet is cremated with other pets and a portion of the remains is scattered in the Memorial Garden. Pet owners who select this type of cremation are free to visit the Garden at any time to honor the memory of their pet or visit their plaque on the Memory Wall.

BUTTERLY GARDEN.

Experience the colonies of bees in the process of profucing honey as well as the habitats and characteristics of the bees.
